Q: How to
register the product? A: The easiest way to
register the product is to place an order online with credit
card. We accept
VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For offline
order, we also accept check/money order in postal mail and
purchase order. All transactions is 100% secure and
safe.
Q: I am a registered user,
but I lost the reg code, how can I get it
again? A: We added a new function of "Search
For My License Key Code". You can find it on the right
side of our homepage. Input the email address you used to make
the purchase and we will do the search for you! If you
still can not find it, please email
support@winaso.com
with
your full name and address, we will reissue you the license
code.
Q: How long does it take to
get the license key code after the payment? A:
We will issue the license key code to you immediately after
payment is successfully processed. It will appear on the next
screen right after your payment webpage. Meanwhile, we will
send a receipt with Order ID and license key code to your
email address too.
Q: I bought a
previous version of your product. Can I get the new version
for free? A: You will get the new versions for
free for as long as one year after you make the purchase. We
will send all our qualified customers (who made the purchase
during the past one year) a new license key by email. However,
for those who do not receive the key code in their email
boxes, they can either search for it on our website using the
new "Search For My License Key Code" function
(You can
find it on the right side of our homepage.), or contact us at
support@winaso.com
with full name and address for the reissurance of the license
key.
Q: How do I upgrade to the
latest version if I bought version 1.xx? A: To
upgrade to the latest version, please download the latest
trail version from our website and install it. Then input the
new license key code we sent you by email.
Q: Can I uninstall your product completely if I
decide to do so? A: Yes, our products can be
completely uninstalled.
Q: Why can't I find my
license key code when I search for it by my
email? A: It takes some time to update our system with
each new transaction. You can find your license key code by
"Search My License Key Code" only 48 hours after your
purchase.
Q: How do I install the full version/How do I
register the software after my payment? A:
Please go to our homepage and download the trial version of
the software you just bought. And install the trial version.
After the installation is done, you will be brought to the
first page of the software, click on the "register" button on
the lower left corner. Key in your license code, follow the
instruction and everything will be done in no time!
Repeat
the same procedure if you bought a license for multiple
